CONTENT DEVELOPMENT & DESIGN: Instructional design is taken very seriously at CSE. Our designers are CPLP’s (Certified Professionals in Learning and Performance) from the American Society of Training and Development. All content is researched and aligned to specific client needs and then crafted into a valuable and interactive learning experience combining the delivery of information with discovery and practical application. Our materials and collaterals are professional and effective learning tools, graphically produced for maximum learning by our in-house graphic design specialist.

ENGAGING FACILITATORS: CSE facilitators create an environment where the participants feel safe and empowered to share their experiences and are supported in doing so. CSE takes great pride in creating a learning environment where diversity and experience is appreciated and respected. Our facilitators treat participants as peers—they are accepted as intelligent and experienced adults who bring with them value and shared experiences. Participants in CSE training classes are encouraged and expected to be active learners, participating in their development as opposed to passively listening to the facilitator present or lecture.
