At CSE Since 2000
Before joining CSE, Kate spent six years developing her talents in office administration, accounting and human resources for Nordstrom. The renowned retailer is known its service-focused best practices and commitment to superior customer service, and Kate was a top performer in all administrative areas of the business. Her role grew to include meeting planning and coordination, employee recognition programs and overall operations and administration.
A member of CSE for more than ten years, Kate has been responsible for all administrative and operational functions of the business, overseeing accounting, human resources and property development—as well as overseeing CSE's community outreach employee team, "Community Stars". Currently, she's completing her CPA certification.
