Driving behavioral change from the classroom

"I just wanted to drop a note to tell you how beneficial the class was Pam gave. I had enough staff so I took an associate with me and since the class, I actually see a change in her demeanor with customers as she tries to engage more whereas prior to the class she was more reluctant. I think because Pam engages so well and gets feedback, it makes them actually hold themselves accountable with customers. Although the quick train is effective, the classes are definitely a must. Thanks."
