Training Coordinator

CSE is an innovative national customer experience consulting firm seeking a Training Coordinator for our Annapolis office. Our Training Coordinator is responsible for administration of multiple airport client programs through effective and efficient planning, monitoring, and implementation of each unique project. The Training Coordinator supports the Training and Consulting team on consulting and training with airport customer service programs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, deadline driven, fast paced, and independent

  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
